Key Achievements and Projects: • Successful reaccreditation of ISO9001-2008, after only 3 months in the role. • Integration of the Calibration system into the Progress Plus MRP system. • Integration of the Internal Audit system into the Progress Plus MRP system. • Successful implementation of Corrective and Preventative actions within the Progress Plus MRP system. • Integration of the COSHH register into the Progress Plus MRP system. • Development of the new computerised test equipment in conjunction with Strathclyde University. This is an ongoing development spread over several years. Key Accountabilities: • Manage the Quality system. • Manage and perform the quality audits. • Manage Health & Safety. • Manage Calibration. • Manage workforce training. • Advise the Production Manager of defects in materials or products.
