       Ensure that all product certification required (to fulfil the order) is issued to the customer, correct and on time.  Prepare NCR’s and incorporate them into the Cost of Poor Quality and Continual Improvement Programmes. Prepare this information, using Excel, in a way that it can be presented for assessment at the Monthly Management Meeting.  Create new and modify existing computer 3D models using the Inventor and Solidworks software packages.  Taking the 3D model, adding the methods and carrying out both liquid flow and solidification simulations using the Solidcast and Flowcast simulation software package. Analysing the simulations to make good for production.  Create 3D models using the Rapid Production 3D printing machine, and make ready for the ceramic mould section.  Faults diagnose, repair and maintain the Rapid Prototype 3D printing machines.  In conjunction with the company Black Belt, carry out 5S procedures within the specified area in line with a continuous improvement plan.  As a relief Quality Inspector: Conducted the inspection of parts to customer specifications as well as ensuring that all required tests have been carried out and all reports are present and correct before the part can be released to the customer.  Carry out dimensional checks to customer specifications, on trial castings, along with rail assemblies prior to dispatch.
