I joined the Toyota Brand in 2003, over 19 years of continuous involvement in the Toyota brand across key business roles. I worked as Franchise Accountant for 6 years, Operations Manager for 4 years, Franchise Principal for 8 years and more recently Franchise Director for 2 years. Having experienced Toyota in Japan on the Toyota Discovery Programme, I pride myself on developing The Toyota Way in our centres and within our teams. Customer Centricity is front and centre of my focus. A Scottish contributor across Toyota UK Committees including Customer Experience & Innovation, Sales and Marketing, Training and Development, a past chairman of Scottish Zone Council and member of Toyota National Council. I have a rounded view on retailer and manufacturer operations and processes that allow me to develop our local business strategy.
