Michael W.

Graham Paterson is a highly experienced sales professional with a talent for listening, preparation, and keeping clients aware of priorities affecting their interests. Graham also possesses the right blend of emotional and cognitive intelligence to build lasting relationships in the community. There are those people in life whose personal grace makes them not just a broker of business, but a broker of relationships. I have known Mr. Paterson to be that kind of person.

I worked out of the Round Rock office as chaplain to the Round Rock and South Austin patients of Hospice Compassus. Having completed the first unit of Clinical Pastoral Education in Tucson I was well prepared for this position ministering to a wide variety of patients in their final days of life. My years of pastoral experience, and NLP training combined with my theological education and business experience have also been invaluable. As my late wife Jana spent 5 months on hospice I was familiar with the practice and care hospice provides. Hospice Compassus is a nationwide company with approximately 8000 patient census. I worked as part of an awesome team of professionals who really cared about the quality of service they provide their patients. The values of this corporation were important to me. Show less

I was teaching adults in the auditorium class each Sunday morning. There were usually around 30 present. The classes focused on discipleship as commanded by Jesus in the gospel of Matthew 28:18-20. The last series was based on Hebrews 5:11-6:3. I had a positive experience placing my real estate license with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper franchise when I lived in Texas. This encouraged me to become associated with the parent company when I moved to Arizona. Coming back to real estate after many years, when Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage purchased Zip Realty (the largest online real estate company in the nation) in July 2014 I transitioned from being a listing agent in traditional real estate to being a member of Powered by Zip Team in November 2014. Working directly with a company agency has had many advantages over working with a franchisee. The myriad of things the parent company does to assist agents and their clients achieve their objectives was decisive in where I hung my license. This has been a positive and growing experience with a great company and great people.. Show less

I currently coach individuals and businesses. I have worked extensively with Powersource Chiropractic and Dr. Scott Dubrul. I have personally assisted medical doctors, psychologists, pharmacists, RNs, MFTs and many individuals. My clients seeking behavioral change assistance have ranged from teen "cutters" to elderly depressives. I have had very good results from training in a stutterer to be mostly free from that behavior. As to my business clients, I have also helped to radically increase income for business owners in a short time by helping them change limiting beliefs and non-productive speech patterns and behaviors.
