The purpose of my current role is first and foremost to provide a range of HR advice on areas such as Recruitment & Selection, employee relations (advising on Trust policies), workforce planning, equality & diversity, change management and assist with any problems that require HR advice.I also support managers in absence management clinics and provide specialist HR advice when supporting case work, from investigation through to a hearing, where applicable.Achievements and responsibilities: • Supported organisational change processes, including TUPE from proposal through to implementation.• Helped in the establishment of the Strategic HR team via a 6 month secondment• Supervised and completed appraisals for the HR admin team• Provide HR advice on policies using employment law and best practice knowledge• Link into and provide information for monthly HR performance score card• Support employee relation cases such as investigations, sickness absence managementCompetent on ESR (Oracle) and Microsoft packages
