  Responsible for the day to day operations operating a 2700 room full Bed Oil & Gas personnel Accommodation Camp at CNRL Horizon Project. Managed all staff, prepared work schedules and assigned specific duties as the operation required. Liaised with all Department heads on daily operations of food production, housekeeping and front Office to ensure the smooth running of the lodge.Assisted the Executive Chefs in helping to design, cost and produced Menus and recipes using the Compass Smart Menu software program. Oversaw and managed the movement of goods into and out of production facilities. T trained and managed 140 staff and achieved significant improvements in their productivity. Held daily Health and Safety meetings with all departments. Introduced and implemented an electronic time card system for all three CRNL Lodges. Responsible to review all financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
