Graham and I worked together at The Gap Partnership; a very productive and trusting relationship so it was great news that we were able to bring him in to advise on specific challenges around the development of our new Consulting portfolio and internal governance. When you are growing at the rate that we have to date, maintaining fit-for-purpose structure and process is critical to build a robust future. Graham came in and led a project to evolve and formalise our commercial model at Speechmatics as the business enters its next phase of growth. He made a large impact in a small period of time, bringing pace and structure to a key piece of work as well as providing some invaluable commercial insights. His effectiveness in doing that was in part based on his ability to build trust and strong relationships with people very quickly.
