I am responsible for establishing, developing and activating partner and corporate responsibility programmes, working directly with CSR and sponsorship teams, as well as their agencies. I have an in-depth knowledge of the sport industry and have been successful in building and maintaining relationships with numerous sporting governing bodies, sports’ agents, celebrated athletes and senior figures at Sport England and UK Sport. I regularly work with agents to book athlete appearances at corporate and charity events, as well as bringing them onboard as ambassadors for new partnerships and mentors for the next generation of sporting stars. Marketing and brand management responsibility has seen me manage SportsAid’s rebrand, working closely with a global advertising agency, covering all aspects of print and digital media. I have also been responsible for ongoing marketing and brand campaigns, collaborating with creative agencies, advertising and film production companies. I have managed numerous high-profile events, including the annual SportsBall gala dinner on Park Lane and a fundraising concert with Sir Elton John. I have taken the lead on royal engagements with HRH The Princess of Wales, including a celebration dinner at Kensington Palace and other official engagements, liaising with the Royal Household, security, press and venues. I have run a range of fundraising events, from a campaign week with schools, clubs and community groups to large scale dinners, a sport’s quiz at Lord's Cricket Ground, golf days and parliamentary receptions. I am responsible for revenue budgets, reports and forecasts and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that revenue is accounted for and available to distribute.
