I have worked with Graham on many leadership and management projects at Hobbs over the past 10 years. I believe he is one of the very best business leaders I have had the privilege of working with in 20 years. He is exceptionally focussed and forward looking and this is balanced with a genuine concern for his staff. He is seen as a role model by his team and has a reputation for developing them to reach their full potential. He is nothing less than honest and ethical at all times with a great sense of humour.

In my seven and a half years with Hobbs The Printers, Graham was always there to offer advice and direction. With out a doubt, his guidance influenced my attitude to working life which has served me well in the years that have followed. His current position shows that his own determination to succeed is what he instills in his staff. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Graham again in the future.
