I design and sell complete Kitchen and Bathroom renovations, I design kitchen and bathroom renovations for the retail market in the Sydney metro area, I manage a team of trades people from concept thru to completion, making sure the project goes smoothly and quickly minimizing the time and waste of resources and make sure it comes in at or below budget. I work closely with the client advising them all the way thru the process, I control design and material handling with suppliers, along with all associated trades on the project. I currently manage approximately 2 projects a week plus source new projects constantly via leads generated by our marketing team I attend appointments in clients home at different hours and I also control pricing for these projects maximizing profits for the company.

50% owner of a start-up real estate office in Windsor NSW, My role was to grow the business from a start up to a fully fledged business, in my time there the business grew from 3 staff to 11 and went from last position of 15 real estate offices to the number 4 office in size in the Hawkesbury area. I was responsible for the listing and sales of all properties and the day to day running of the business. I employed all new staff and overseen the training and making sure we where compliant with all government regulations. In my time there we seen the business go from zero profits to turning a profit in a very small time, and thanks for the help from my other two very experienced partners who guided my and from who I learn t a hell of a lot from.
