  I was the Director of Engineering at the Nexus Resort and Spa in North Borneo Malaysia. The hotel is 5 star rating with 480 rooms. The resort is located on the beach adjacent to the South China Sea. I was responsible for the entire maintenance of the hotel with 41 staff in my department. We were responsible for the maintenance of the structure, laundry, kitchens, steam boilers, air-conditioning, swimming pools and four standby generators.
