Graeme partnered with national security agency clients to realise their digital transformation journey. This involved developing infrastructure requirements and design documentation; managing Client, principal subcontractor and specialist construction design stakeholders; and leading multiple complex project deliverables. Graeme also supported the discovery of end-user experience requirements, building the design framework and facilitating domain advice to ensure delivery success. Graeme supported new business generation through leading the development of vendor response documents for prospective national security clients. Part of which, included facilitating the detailed analysis of client requirements and creating comprehensive and compelling solution offerings.
