  I deal with a broad range of private client tax and succession planning issues, for individuals, their families and associated entities such as family trusts, companies and partnerships, with a focus on planning for capital taxation. I also deal with the administration of trusts, private charities and executries, as well as succession advice and planning including asset protection strategies, and the preparation of wills and powers of attorney. I have a particular interest in tax and succession planning for rural businesses including farming partnerships and landed estates, as well as having experience of offshore trusts and related UK tax planning issues for their beneficiaries. I became a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2014.
