I worked on a team with Grady during a 3 week design sprint in which we developed an innovative new feature for a mobile application. Grady is an incredible asset to have on a team. He is able to balance being both a productive leader and a thoughtful teammate. He excels in maintaining perspective of the big picture and guides teammates towards success through his project organization and task delegation abilities. He was consistently an active and committed member of the team and put in the hard work and long hours. Most notably, he developed a complex and crucial design system for our new feature and also contributed to conducting thoughtful and thorough prototype testing interviews with users. He is a talented UX Designer with a developed eye for aesthetics. I’d work with Grady again any day, on any project. I highly recommend him as a true professional and skilled UX Designer.
