   Business Analyst: Interact, research, refine and document user community requirements. Build specific concrete developmental plans for changes and upgrades to comprehensive Telecommunications Billing System (RADIX) and Web based client portal (Ecare). Subject Matter Expert in various areas including Web Portal QA and PCI (Credit Card Standards) to implement industry standard data privacy practices and laws.  Customer Services: Daily interaction with clients such as PacWest, Airespring, CenturyLink and ILD to resolve issues resulting from database error, user provisioning error, and general unintended consequences. First point of contact for daily operations and client requests (selected clients). Prepare weekly status reports on projects and assigned clients.  Operations: Weekly and Monthly Billing activity including pre-billing traffic verification, SQL database verification and updates, and post billing wrap up. Run Billing cycles, producing XML and PDF invoices depending on client and cycle. Operation of CDR collection, Importing, and Rating tools to provide daily traffic analysis and call collection.  Quality Assurance: Testing of system features for dot releases and major upgrades. Verify interaction with outside systems such as Dataprose, Authorize.net, and various ILEC provisioning systems. Regression testing of both upgrades and existing features. Find, document, and help resolve bugs as needed, both of upgrades and in normal operations.
