I started as a Billing Analyst on October 2009 and became a Senior (Billing) Analyst two years later. On February 2013, I was promoted to Client Account Specialist. As an analyst/specialist, I handled about $935K monthly telecommunications expenses for my clients and provided them significant savings from vendor billing disputes. On my last year in our wireline department, I processed approximately 1,000 invoice and received more than $200K of total credits from disputes.I was known to provide accurate and detailed information to my clients as well as to my clients' vendors. My strengths included validating rates by checking contracts and service guides (specifically AT&T), submitting my disputes to the appropriate group, and maintaining excellent vendor-client relationship.My responsibilities include:- Review and approve all telecommunications invoices for my clients to ensure that charges are accurate, allocated properly and conform to the contract guidelines.-Review and approve other Wireline Billing Analysts' invoices before they are sent to the clients.- Research billing errors and misapplied payments and submit billing disputes and payment investigations to the vendors.- Recommend and implement plan and feature changes for wireline/wireless services that reduce costs and yields savings for our clients.- Create and send accrual analysis reports to the clients.- Handle termination of services, creation of new accounts and other service support requests and special projects.- Order telecommunications services for our clients' employees/users.
