  I am employed as a retail assistant working at the checkout, handling payments and solving issues regarding wrongful charges and customer complaints. If a customer has a complaint about an out-of-date product, I work to refund the customer the full price. I also provided customers with information about alcohol and the Liquor Industry in general. I also assist with stock take and stock orders using multiple technologies. I am able to communicate with customers to make large liquor orders as well as comparing and beating competitors' prices. Achievements: Maximised my own knowledge and skills in both liquor and business strategies, further enabling my team to achieve their best. Maintained a high My Dan's scan rate for multiple weeks.
