As an Equipment specialist, I provide a vast understanding in sales and customer service for customers who are looking to purchase products from the Therian Equipment team. I specifically manage all areas of the popular chew proof Kuranda bed. Tasks include stock ordering, communicating with suppliers, warehouse management and maintenance, processing customer orders and order alterations, communicating directly with customers, stocktake and website stock and product listing management. At Therian, I also perform the role as an Office Clerk. In this additional position I am required to carry out off office administration and phone duties and maintain the office environment. From this position, I am the first point of contact for clients contacting or visiting the business.
