  Overall supervision and delivery of outstanding protocol services to Pan Am/ParaPan Am Games Family at 2 major venues including multi sport venue: Pan Am Aquatic Centre and Field House (Synchronized swimming, diving, swimming - both Pan Am and Parapan Am, Modern Pentathlon, Rollersport Speed Skating, Fencing, Sitting Volleyball): Angus Glen Golf Club (Golf). Games Family clientele included local, provincial and federal heads of state as well as international and domestic sports and political dignitaries. Included liaising with all levels of security and conducting tours of the new facility to various sports leads/organizations including the Lima 2019 delegation and members of the COC and IOC. Managed 30 volunteer supervisors and crew. Responsible for co-ordinating all Medal ceremonies presenters at the second highest medal volume venue, only exceeded by Track and Field.
