I started out at New Door as a youth intern. Grace was chosen as my Case Manager based on the other staff of New Door. From the beginning to the end of the internship, Grace's guidance has helped me felt empowered upon personal goals I have set for myself, outside of the internship. Grace extends her support and assistance even after my graduation from the program. Despite time and pressure, she fully puts in the effort to provide all the resources to prep for my job interviews, and refers great professional connections. As an individual, she is well-rounded with positivity, patience, great problem-solving skills, and an influential peer professionally. Working with Grace was more than a pleasure!
