      Grace joined Switzerland Tourism (ST) as a Market Representative in February 2005, where she has enjoyed a number of career milestones and in January 2012 was appointed Deputy Director of China. Generates monthly reports such as media coverage, marketing activity and campaign highlights/outputs etc. • Seeking out new communication channels with the requisite target segment reach; develops new online media platforms in response to the dynamic and evolving social media landscape in China, the key information source for those planning to travel abroad. • Acting as the key contact point for the travel trade and related media, visiting dignitaries from Switzerland, and oversees ST’s government relations in Shanghai and eastern China. • Liaising with the Swiss business community in Shanghai including the Swiss Chamber of Commerce, the Swiss Consulate, to support national Swiss projects and partners, leveraging marketing opportunities for the Swiss tourism product. Partners include some of the world’s most luxurious hotels and Swiss corporate food conglomerate, Nestle.
