I have been a loyal Yoshi Jones customer for many years. Yoshi has amazing clothes and accessories, with beautiful design. This is important, of course. Equally important is the stand out experiences I have in-store. At the heart of these experiences is Grace. She is warm, engaging and knowledgable. More than that, she brings the spirit of the brand to life with everything she does for you in store. Her expert eye and natural ability to really listen to what you want and need make all the difference, bringing together the best that Yoshi Jones has to offer, with your own personal style. I have walked in to browse or buy a single item and, after spending some time with Grace, come out with an integrated wardrobe for the season. Rather than feeling "sold to", we've had a real conversation and Grace has made solid recommendations about what might suit me and how to put a look together that works for me. The best part is, I wear the pieces she recommends year after year, often receiving complements about my wardrobe and how it is styled. I would highly recommend Grace for any customer facing environment. Her well honed consultative skills and flair for extending the brand beyond the products to a unique and positive experience for clients would be an asset to any organisation.
