I’ve gotten to work with Grace for 3 years as co-teaching assistants at the School of Visual Arts Masters in Branding program. She is a dynamic presenter who distills years of industry knowledge into compelling lectures that keep students excited and engaged. One of the highlights of the semester is always the brand workshop that Grace plans and leads, combining all of the fundamentals of brand building and letting the students put it into practice under her guidance. Over the years, I’ve seen how her direction has helped our graduate students go on to work for brands they love with confidence. As a counterpart, Grace is fantastic to work with. She has a keen sense for understanding others, both those she works with and those she teaches. This is one of her most admirable qualities as she is able to tailor her communication and direct responsibilities in a way that plays to the strengths of others while best supporting their weaknesses. Working with her is always seamless— she is always organized and forward-thinking and there is never a problem that she can’t solve creatively (with more than one workaround) I couldn’t recommend working with her enough, Grace is an incredible leader and would be a fantastic addition to any brand team.

I worked with Grace for 4 years at JKR and was also lucky enough to be invited to guest lecture with Grace while she was teaching at the SVA Master in Branding program through that time. Grace has been (and continues to be) instrumental in building JKR's reputation and credibility in the US, becoming a key figurehead and force in growing the agency's global brand. Building the brand of a world class branding agency... that's a tall order, and I continue to see Grace demonstrating amazing versatility in how she carries out that job — from being able to create and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, to teaching and mentoring the new blood and consciously working to build a more diverse future for the industry. From being highly creative with a keen eye for design to being culturally savvy and strategic in her approach to her work. We've worked across a lot together but the standout project was defining the strategic role of The JKR Foundation, an arm of the agency that works pro bono to support NGOs and other nonprofits, helping them better leverage their brand to drive greater impact in their work. An highly successful initiative that Grace spearheaded and continues to lead. I'd recommend Grace to any agency or client. She's be an asset to any team.
