I have worked for John Lewis Catering for 5 years. I am a trusted member of the team, and I have experience product knowledge. I pride myself in my customer service skills, and my approach to customer include complaints. I help new starters and show they how the partnership works, I also show they how to talk to customers and how to use the different machines in the place to eat and the kitchen. I am relied on to lead the department and help manage the shop floor when the managers have important meetings to go to. I have learnt a lot from working within John Lewis, I have earned my level 2 food health and safety and I am on my way to gaining my level 3. I have excellent communication skills and I have grown more confident over the years and I can confidently talk face to face with customers as well as over the phone. Show less

I worked with Micasa over the Easter of 2018, within their interior design service. I helped the team with sourcing fabrics, furniture, lighting and accessories. I also helped the design team with client presentations, I prepared mood boards, fabric boards and visualisations for the clients. I worked with the team to create decoration schedules and I worked with fabric houses to order sufficient fabric quantities for client orders. It was amazing to work with Micasa as it showed me how a interior design service works as they saw the client though all the work schedules to the last minute finishes. Show less

I worked with Jude over a month, I helped her create garments, new ideas and help with selling garments. I helped sell at festivals such as love box over the summer. I helped Jude with overseas sales such as packing and quality check products. It was a lovely experience, she helped me learn about the fashion industry and business development. She also allowed me to create my own design on leather, with foils to create a fun festival look.
