  · Partner with Sales on forecast and derive demand plan.· Work with Production and Procurement to establish monthly/weekly build plan to meet shipment, on time delivery and inventory target.· Follow closely with Logistics on deliveries of orders to meet customers' delivery and maximize shipment.· Validate and perform analysis on item material master, demand vs supply status and process improvements.· Escalate and liaise with customer if there is any critical issue relating to order fulfillment.· Release production order in SAP and build plan to Production team for action.· Maintain parameters and actions to ensure proper supply chain inventory and capacity levels over the planning horizon.· Support NPI, Product Transfer and EOL activities.· Medium mix of assembly and testing process environment.
