The first word that comes to mind about Grace Brown is dedication. Grace’s dedication not only to her job but to the people in her department and the relationships she has formed throughout the company is what really sets her apart from everyone else. I worked with Grace at Colonial Marble for the better part of 4+ years. While we worked in different departments we often collaborated on projects. Grace’s growth with the company was rapid. It was her desire to want more from the job and it showed through her successes. She consistently is asking the right questions to understand how and why business decisions are made and in more than one occasion she uncovered concerns before they became concerns. She does all this without seeking attention but knowing that she has done right by the company and by herself. There are too many more examples like this of how Grace stands apart from her peers. I will conclude in saying that everyone including myself who’s had the pleasure of working with Grace become better humans in this world. Grace is an asset to any company that she is with and my recommendation comes at the highest level.

You come across many different personalities in life, both personal and business, and you would be hard pressed to find someone who can affect you in both. Grace is in that small group that does that, every day. Grace worked directly for one of my direct employees and my first experience with her directly, after hearing amazing reports for quite some time, was her popping her head into my office and asking me what I was grateful for. It caught me off guard but man did it make me think. That is Grace in a nutshell...she challenges you in positive ways you wouldn’t expect. Beyond that she is a hard worker, extremely diligent smart as a whip and the type of professional you want on your team and never want to lose. I couldn’t recommend Grace enough!
