As part of the Prince's Trust International (PTI) five-year strategy, PTI are seeking to refine and enhance their service offer to grow both the quality and scale of our work. Since launching in Sub-Saharan Africa in 2019, our approach has been to carry out significant research, scoping and stakeholder engagement to build necessary contextual knowledge to deliver impactful programmes.Working as part of the Sub-Saharan Africa team, my role as International Programmes Manager is central to the growth of delivery in Africa. I am responsible for managing pilots, projects and programmes specifically within Kenya, Tanzania and Kenya. This involves working closely with partner organisations to co-design and deliver programmes in education, personal and social development, employability, and entrepreneurship. Since starting my role, I have set up, and currently manage a number of programmes across East Africa, working with local delivery partners to help unemployed young people into education, training and work.I am also programme lead for our Enterprise Challenge programme.
