  Salary & Payroll Management: • Processing Employee attendance & Leave management. • Responsible for managing & payroll processing for 250 employees. • End to End Payroll processing separately. • Updating new employee details in the system & generating employee code. • Updating changes in salary structure for increment or confirmation of employees in system. • Preparation and finalization monthly salary & arrear as per CTC , statutory deduction & verifying. • Preparing Lop summary and over time processing . • Salary processing & solving salary related issues of employee. • Verification of CTC structure with employee file on monthly basis . • Prepare and issuing payslip to employees. Statutory Compliance: • Responsible for statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Half Yearly Returns etc. Exit Formalities: • Processing of Full & Final settlement of resigned employee • Calculation of Full & Final settlement dues of exited employees with checking leaves, pending salary or recoveries for left employees • Ensured timely completion of exit formalities, full and final settlement and providing assistance in filing PF returns. • Processing Relieving procedure and preparing Experience Certificate • Exit interview Background Verification Process: • Conducting Background Verification process and Reference Checks.
