The first and second floor is the duplex for the client. This Architecture house is filled with vintage styles and we have incorporated the ancient method (FILLER SLAB) in one of the highlighted areas of the house (doubled height living room)Installation of Jaisalmer stone, Kota stone in the prime areas of the houses, and Athankudi tiles in the bedrooms are the key factors of the house. We are hiring a separate Auroville team to do the oxide finish for the bathtub for their master bedroom bathroom. MERIT LEAGUE - Commercial Interior Projects XSEED Education for Life - Nungabakkam. The total area of the project is about 1800 sqft and it includes various kind of works such as : | Toughen glass partition work with no hardware fittings | Aluminium glass partition | Metal partition work | Renovation of Bathrooms | Customised carpentry storage inits and telephone stands | Customised Barstools and Tables | Installation of blinds and refabrication of sofas | Acoustic services | CCTV and Fire safety | Signages | HVAC | Artworks | Installation of Lights | Plumbing and Electrical services The entire project was completed in a span of 58 days.
