  Four+ years of Post-doctoral research experience. Employed as Post doctoral fellow in C4 Rice Project since April 2010. Well accustomed with the research planning and implementation in an international organization Has collaboration with scientists and post-docs of C4 Rice Consortium that has members from 18 research institutes from 8 countries in four continents. Co-supervised one PhD student majoring in agronomy and at present I am co-supervising two MS students majoring in plant breeding. Led a team of 18 people, who include 1 assistant scientist, 3 researchers (2 of them are MS students), 4 research technicians and 9 professional service staffs. Underwent a year of mentoring training under the mentorship of Dr Ruraidh Sackville Hamilton, Scientist, Genetic Resource Center, IRRI Genebank.
