Projects: - Almouwasat Hospital in Yanbu (RCJY) _ MHY (200 Beds) - Almouwasat Hospital in Al-Madinah _ MHM (200 Beds) Duties & Responsibilities: * Review submitted project structural pre-qualifications, materials, MS, structural shop drawings, as-built drawings…etc. * Review some structural design and calculation sheets * Coordinate with other disciplines * Review monthly invoices and variation orders * Study and solve the structural technical issues * Responding to structural technical queries and project correspondence * Attend periodic technical meetings and workshops with contractors, client representatives, and management. * Supervise and control the quality of structural works at the construction site and attend and approve the required tests * coordinating, monitoring, and inspecting the project structure and fire compartments' construction activities on site to ensure that the quality of works is in compliance with the project specifications, standards approved drawings, and according to approved MS, ITP, and ICL Out-of-job description tasks to develop and enhance project output and provide a digital prototype for BIM adoption * Prepare part of the hospital 3D Revit model (Arch., Struc., MEP) as a virtual mock-up for 3D communication and client engagement * Conduct a visual walkthrough using Enscape and Establish a virtual reality experience and constructability analysis * Conduct 360° virtual tour and prepare for 360° As-built pictures attached in 2d As-built plans * Conduct clash detection (Intersections between HVAC and Structural Model, intersection In HVAC Model) and prepare 2D coordination sections for the other traditional CAD team * Conduct 4D Scheduling / Simulation for the structural skeleton * Helping the owner to prepare and set up their AIR and EIR for the future BIM adoption Show less
