Stock replenishment and RPM planner Manchester and Caledonian breweries
-
Jan 2016 - Feb 2019
I was responsible for ensuring that the brewery had the correct number of empty kegs to keep the production lines running. I planned the stock movements both large pack and small pack from the brewery into the network, I had to plan the stock to ensure that each depot had the correct stock cover whilst taking into account warehouse capacity constraints and keeping stock at the brewery for direct customer deliveries. I was responsible for production planning at Caledonian brewery, this involved creating 13 week production plans based on stock levels and forecasts and creating the production orders in APO. I had to work closely with the brewery site and the distribution partner. In this role I used SAP every day and I am a competent user of ERP / APO.I have been involved in various TPM (continuous improvement) projects from its pilot phase in logistics. The projects I have been involved in include: Inventory reduction, Customer service improvement, Write off reduction and process improvement. Some of these projects have led to substantial cost savings to the business as well as improvements in customer service.

Customer Service Executive

Mar 2006 - Jun 2008
I was responsible for calling a list of accounts at the same time each week and placing their drinks order. I also had to deal with any queries they had. As well as calling out to customers I had to take inbound calls, these could be Technical calls, drinks orders or general queries. I built up a good rapport with customers as I as was speaking to them each week. I was responsible for calling a list of accounts at the same time each week and placing their drinks order.
