Gordon's enthusiasm and lateral thinking played a large part in the Emergency Response Unit's success, and in developing its high profile.

Stephan Dix, M.Sc, PCC,.

Gordon has excellent leadership, communication and people skills. When I worked with him in Southern Iraq, he created an inclusive working environment where his staff was motivated to ever higher levels of performance. That was a sensitive and high pressure period, and Gordon managed his team with firm kindness, and treated Iraqi clients with fairness and respect.
