  Serving as Senior Chief Engineer for the last 6 years aboard the Toisa Vigilant; an MPSV Off-Shore Support vessel. At present ROV and subsea operations off Brazil. Running the Engineering department and reporting to the Captain and Senior members of the Companies management on all aspects of the ships operational programme. Ensuring Safe operation, Correct documentation and certification of all aspects with regards to the adherence for the Companies ISM policies, Registered Port State, Classification Society and Local Port State legal requirements.Equipment status, stores management, Dry Dock requirements and overseeing Dry Docking from the Ships/Owners perspective, ensuring the work packages by the various contractors and Sub contractors are completed in agreed time scale but also to the high standard expected.Liaising with Master in dealing with All Chartering parties representatives on board including Mobilization and De-mob. Liaising directly with Charter parties on Engineering subjects related to the Charter and ship Interface.Training of Junior Officers and crew members. Overseeing Emergency and Firefighting training for all crew members as laid down in the SMS for the vessel.Responsible for the safe and smooth running of the Engineering department as a whole and assisting other Ship board departments and embarked Charter parties as required
