  He established Business Today in 1981 and since then, has been developing and presenting Financial and Business Acumen and Strategic programmes, using board-based simulations and other experiential learning techniques, to companies across the world. He has also facilitated strategic sessions for a number of companies in various industries. Gordon’s vision encompassed exporting training simulations across the world and was realised in 1999 when he established Business Today International (BTI). Business Today exports its simulation technology across the world, and licenses its technology to 31 International Business Partners (IBP’s) within 42 countries globally. Gordon has also been responsible for the development of more than 160 board-based business simulations for multinational clients within complex industries such as Packaged Consumer Goods (Reckitt Benckise and Unilever), Beer (Heineken and Efes), Steel (Servestaal), Mining (Anglo American and Rio Tinto), Eelectricity (Eskom & Electrobell), Railway (TFR & Russian Railways), Banking (Royal Bank of Scotland & YKB), Healthcare & Hospitalization (UK NHS and Life Healthcare) and Oil Extraction (PETROM).
