Gordon has worked for me on three separate occasions in a number of roles over the last 29 years including Support manager, Development Manager, Systems Manager and project Manager. We have worked together in the UK, US and Europe for over 14 years. During this time we successfully implemented a number of large ERP systems which is very stressful with a greatly increased work level and tight time lines. Gordon is a very experienced IT and project manager. He is very thorough, conscientious, decisive and responsive, he takes ownership and delivers to timescales. Throughout his time working for me he has exhibited a high degree of professionalism, dedication to his work, honesty and a no-nonsense attitude to getting the job done. He has great technical knowledge, an excellent team builder and integrates well with all business users. Where he doesn’t know he works hard to research it and doesn’t rest until a solution is delivered. Given his knowledge, expertise and work ethic he was a highly valuable employee for our company and he would be a major asset for any IT team.

I worked with Gordon over a period of 4 years on various projects for CRH. Gordon was always very organised and professional in all aspects of his work. He was a very good team player but could work on his own if and when required. Gordon was willing to take ownership of any situation and deliver the end result that was required by the business. Gordon has showed great agility and experience to be able to adapt to all the challenges that come his way and ensure that each and every challenge is dealt with in an efficient manner to ensure the best outcome for CRH.
