I had the great opportunity to work with Gonzalo during my assignment in Nevis. It was a short period of time but during the peak of the Festive season. Gonzalo provided great support not only to me but to the entire resort family. His pure love & determination for his team were hard to be missed. He would always take his time to personally greet every employee who will cross his path and no matter how busy his schedule would be, he will listen to their needs and provide guidance and assistance. Gonzalo has a big heart but also a great ability to connect with his guests and ownership representatives. Gonzalo would go out of his way to make his guests welcomed and valued.
