Plusieurs histoires associatives se sont mêlées pour donner naissance à IMANIS : • Association ADAJ – Loiret créée en 1994, devient IMANIS en 2007 • Association Chrysalide – Loiret crée en 2007, rejoint IMANIS le 1er janvier 2017 • Association Oxygène – Loiret créée en 2012 rejoint IMANIS le 1er septembre 2017 • Association Cher Accueil créée en 1992 rejoint IMANIS le 1er janvier 2018 Fortement ancrée en région Centre et en Occitanie, IMANIS est membre actif des réseaux nationaux, Boutiques solidarité et Pensions de famille de la Fondation Abbé Pierre.
