Drew the strategy plan to turn the company around operationally and drove its operational, top-down implementation together with the designated leads in every area • Post-Merger Integration @ Arcelor-Mittal: project managed the PMI of 4 different Arcelor companies in Brazil, which had been acquired in the past, but were still functioning independently. From quantifying the potential synergies and future organisation to drawing the concrete action plan, functional area by functional area, after communicating it to the markets • Strategy @ EADS/Airbus: participated on a project to evaluate the launch of a new airplane by EADS.
