FEP Junior Consulting is a non-profit consulting student organization, with over 25 years of experience, and more than 300 projects concluded. With over 50 years of expertise and a pioneer in 4.0 industry, it develops automated cutting machines for the automotive, fashion, and furniture industries. It also builds the whole software, continuously improving the efficiency of the processes, while reducing the waste of materials. ▸Attended to a four weeks internship, rotating through various company departments, such as HR, Controlling and Compliance, and Finance. The last week was focused on personal development, which included crafting a CV, and a Motivational Letter; ▸Experienced the several stages of the recruitment process, and how to retain the right candidates; ▸Explored People Analytics, with PI Behavioral Assessment, by Predictive Index; ▸Employer Branding, and Employer Value Preposition (EVP); ▸Accounting Clerk: prepared bank deposits; inserted invoice from UK, Belgium, France, UK, Morocco in SAP, helped secure accounting files for the following financial audit; ▸Accounts Receivable: introduced earnings from clients in SAP, and job shadowed as Credit Analyst. Junior Achievement (JA) is a non-profit organization, founded in 2005, and it is the world oldest and largest organization connecting students with entrepreneurship. JA is across the globe in more than 100 countries. Within an event with 170 students, across Portugal, I was the Marketing and Sales director, on the Startup "Papertech", that I cofounded. ▸Developed and implemented the marketing strategy in social media; ▸Created a website using ther platform Google Sites; ▸Collaborated with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
