Software Testing - Test Design and Test Execution • On a Technical Scope I tested Workflows, Screens, Fields, Parameterisations, Documents, Calculations, API responses and interaction with Different Software Integrations, following templates, formulas, and other Documentation (Solution Design). • On a Business Scope, I tested the Business Cycle from Proposal Creation to Contract Management, Financial Statements, Financial Changes and Settlements. On occasion, I have also had the change to test accounting calculations such as Subsidy Accruals and Accounting Postings. ACHIEVEMENTS • Created Test Designs for 30.33% of User Stories (US) implemented during this period • Fully tested 45.08% of US implemented during this period • Found approximately 38.73% of the Errors (measured by the number of tickets created for User Stories during this period) • Helped create 2 Solution Designs • Participated in 2 Software Presentations/Pit Stops (Presented 10 User Stories) OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS I Created an Excel and Word VBA Script to automate the process of creating documentation. • Before this Script, creating documentation would take at least 30 mins per User Story and more than 40 steps per Acceptance Criteria. • After using this script, the process of creating the same documentation takes around 5 minutes and 5 steps per Acceptance Criteria. This script was showed to our team, being used at least by 4 people, saving multiple hours of their time. HARD SKILLS • API Testing using Insomnia (similar to Postman) - Sending Post requests with multiple parameters in order to test API interaction with web application. • Basic SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio • VBA (Visual Basic Applications) - Macros for Excel and Word • Visual Studio Team Foundation Version Control - Platform used for tickets and task management.
