Few people are both a good manager and have the ability to coach, and Golsa DADFAR is a good example. Extremely efficient! This is the term that comes to mind to describe her. I had the pleasure of working with Golsa for a few years and we collaborated on several technical topics. Golsa fulfilled her role of coordinator within her company perfectly. I was particularly impressed with her ability to deal with the toughest. She is focused, reliable, and goal-oriented, which is inspiring her colleagues and suppliers working with her. Golsa has an important asset, she combines technical skills with commercial skills. I highly recommend Golsa as a team leader or supervisor. Any employer would be happy to have Golsa as a manager.

Golsa was one of the most supportive, smart and patient telecom colleagues I had in MTN. Needless to say how much a telecom environment could be challenging and stressful and Golsa managed all related coming technical/nontechnical issues or requests in a very professional way. Both of us were working in the MTN Network group but in different team. She has worked in Network Performance team in both engineer and manager role, so we closely worked in many troubleshoot cases and optimization projects. Her role to help MTN to be awarded as the most efficient and satisfying operator in the country was crystal clear. Also, as a member of MTN family she’s always accommodating when presenting new plan to her managers, colleagues and customers. I highly recommend her here as she adds additional values to the working environment, same as she has done in MTN.
