As the Learning Designer, I lead the courses and workshops we run at the Design Thinkers Academy. This includes social impact programmes like our Bootcamp, where I work with non-profits and public sector organisations to create challenging design briefs. I lead our introductory Design Thinking Fundamentals course, help out with facilitation training, and leadership coaching. In addition to facilitating our courses, I also lead the curriculum design for our bespoke offerings for the corporate sector which include co-creation workshops, strategic design, and design thinking. We are always working on new courses and new toolkits, so never a dull moment. I also collaborate with our sister design consultancy DK&A within my areas of technical expertise of sustainability, user experience, and emerging technologies.
