  I am a graduate Civil Engineer having more than 36 years of extensive professional experience in handling various road and bridge projects in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia and Libya. I have commanding knowledge of Pavement Design for both flexible and rigid pavements under varying soil conditions. I have vast knowledge of pavement design including rehabilitation / strengthening ensuring life cycle cost effective and viable design in different conditions. I was responsible for ensuring complete adherence to Specification standards during Construction and Operation & Maintenance period in several projects.
