  Working in Operation Platform and Process Re-engineering (OPPR v3.0) and e-MTK (Mangement ToolKit) projects. The data from operations team are recorded in multiple work flow systems. Bring together all work flow data into same layer using ETL. Audit data is used to explore metrics like number of Staffs using each workflow, with the help of Ops staff work plan; Staff volume from Case history data and Staff processing time from Audit for each task like Maker and Checker. Joins are made with other tables to make more information in the data to explore and generate insights. The data pipeline is created to bring the data and transform into multiple layers. The data is then fed into end tier to facilitate end-users from other departments and stakeholders to make use of the granular level data. The data is analyzed first for data discrepancies and records are selected for eligible processing time calculations. Statistical way of finding the extremes and outliers in processing time are applied to remove abnormalities. Case overlap and gaps are eliminated thru Python scripts. The reports of staff level, task level processing time and volume are generated as insights. Created confluence pages on the process involving usage of GWF in eMTK as documentation. Currently working on multiple markets of work flow data from TW, TH, CN, IN, HK, SG and ID. Managed Metadata thru Collibra. Used Python and Pyspark for data transformation, Superset for SQL, Cloudera DataScience Workbench (CDSW) to manage scripts. I’m also playing support roles in Early Warning Indicator generations (EWI) - Predictive analysis, Forecasting, etc., exploring eMTK thru OfBiz and other workflows in multiple markets, data ingestion UAT checks, Metadata creation and support in ADA (Advancing DBS with AI) and data computations in ADA L3, Control Tower dashboard.
