  - Leading quality team in plant. - Monitoring and report on quality-related key indicators including rejection monitoring , rework figures. - Non-conformance report generation to departments and to authorize the release of non conformance material from plant. - Preparing & analysing the the monthly rejection and rework data . - Attending Monthly quality review meeting and dicussing the cost of poor quality . - Processing and report on external and internal calibration of measuring instruments used in plant. - Verification of TCs of material inward to store. - Checking daily final inspection reports. - Handling issue's regarding quality & packing of finished materials in the plant. - Coordinating with Production & PPC team. - Conducting SPC & MSA in the plant according to the quality plan. - Approving production batch cards. - Conducting Safty and layout inspection and audits in accordance with QMS. - Providing CAPA to the Customer claims and complaints. - RM inward material quality verification & approvals. - All Material Dispatch Verification & Approvals .
