During the internship, my primary responsibility was to assist in the recruitment process, which involved identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, checking references, and making job offers. Throughout the recruitment process, it is essential to maintain effective communication with the candidates and keep them informed about the selection process. It is also crucial to maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and ensure compliance with legal requirements. In addition to the recruitment process, I also had the opportunity to conduct some employee engagement activities, such as team outings. During the team outings, I learned about team building and team-engaging activities, which helped me develop my skills in creating a positive and productive work environment.
