As a research assistant of Bing Chun Lin who was giving lectures about Organizational Behavior especially in Human Resources area, we developed an experiment for an investigation of resisting secondary task engagement during intrusions. We had found our sample and collected our data depending on that sample. After that, we went to European Conference on Social and Behavioral Sciences in International University of Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina to present our findings.
