I worked with him in a start-up where it was just me and him in terms of HR, some people may struggle with the demands of that role but not Gofur! As well as managing the high pressure demands he always makes time to check in and support not only me but absolutely anyone who needs it. He created a healthy professional environment and always puts the employees first. He always makes time to check on everyone’s well being and genuinely stands up for the people and company culture. His no nonsense approach is something he has encouraged me to take forward and working with him is something I will never take for granted. He takes all challenges in his stride and never fails to go above and beyond, he takes pride in his work and can battle any task no matter how big it is.
