Technical writing -Collaborated with the team to create over 30 knowledge base articles for helium software on JIRA confluence and Fresh Service. -Created internal standard of procedure documents for internal processes. Video User Guide -Collaborated with the video creation team and created over 50 training videos, including release videos for the product to improve onboarding processes for new hires and client support by 30%. DevOps -Deployed the Helium EMR on a Linux and Windows operating system for over 10 on premise facilities, built on a containerized environment and a relational database. On the windows operating system, a virtualization tool is used to partition the operating system before deployment is conducted. -Staged and Upgraded over 10 Facilities using the on-premise heliumEMR software across Nigeria using Linux and windows command line interface, Docker, PostgresSQL and MySQL both onsite and remote, using tools such as WinSCP, Anydesk, Teamviewer, and Putty. -Collaborated with a team to create and manage the Helium intranet site using WordPress and PHP. Project Management -Owned the entire deployment and onboarding process of 4 full-scale, government owned public hospitals. Using agile methodology, I created the entire operational structure and designed a bespoke staff optimization programme for all support staff of the four hospitals. Customer Support -Optimized incident management by resolving assigned ticket escalated from tier 1 support within the approved SLA timing, using tools like VPS, WinSCP, Anydesk, Teamviewer, Linux command line interface, phones, and emails which have culminated in achieving a 90% resolution rate of all assigned tickets. -Optimized defect management with routine regression software testing and bug reporting, escalation tier 3/product engineering team -Trained over 30 on-site and virtual facilities and achieved a 95% customer satisfaction rating for all onboarding training.
